At Mikis Specialities Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the order might have already been processed.
